At Boweys, every piece is thoughtfully curated, and most items are one-of-a-kind vintage treasures. Because these pieces cannot be replaced, we kindly ask that you choose carefully before placing your order.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
As many of our items are vintage and one of a kind, all sales are considered final unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
Vintage Condition
Our collection celebrates authentic vintage clothing, accessories and objects that have lived a life before arriving at Boweys.
Minor signs of age, gentle wear and unique characteristics are to be expected and are part of the beauty and authenticity of vintage pieces.
Where noticeable flaws exist, we will always do our very best to describe and photograph them accurately.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you believe your order has arrived damaged, contains a genuine fault, or is significantly different from its description, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing magic@boweys.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the item
- A brief description of the issue
We'll assess the matter promptly and work with you to find a fair solution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Returns
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
If a return is approved, we'll provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Customers remain entitled to remedies where an item has a major fault, is not of acceptable quality, or is significantly different from its description.

Australia
Standard Shipping — $14 AUD
Express Shipping — $24 AUD
International
Flat Rate International Shipping — $30 AUD
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their destination country.
Processing Time
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
As every Boweys order contains unique treasures, we take the time to ensure each parcel is beautifully prepared before it begins its journey.
Oversized Items
Occasionally, oversized or particularly fragile pieces may require a custom shipping quote. Where applicable, this will be clearly noted on the product page before purchase.
